Confidentiality & booking terms

Everything you share in any session is treated as confidential. Your ideas, plans, and any intellectual property discussed remain yours and will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Session fees and session packs are paid in advance. Single sessions may be rescheduled or refunded if you email at least one hour before the scheduled start time. After that, the session is non-refundable and cannot be moved.

If you purchase a session pack, sessions can be booked and used as needed. Pack sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless agreed otherwise. Missed sessions, no-shows, or late cancellations will still count as used.

Session packs are non-refundable once the first session has been used. Unused sessions may be transferred to a cofounder or teammate with prior agreement.
