Deep Dive Session

Before the session

If we've not spoken before, I recommend booking a 15-min Discovery Chat first. It is a simple way for us to meet, talk through your startup, and give me some background.

Only have an idea so far? That is completely fine. You don't need technical experience or a detailed plan before booking.

Meeting logistics

Sessions take place online over Google Meet. If you are based in Edinburgh, we may also be able to meet in person.

You are welcome to bring teammates, but usually 1–2 people works best to keep the conversation focused.

What we can cover

The session is shaped around your startup and the questions you need answered. Common topics include:

• Turning your idea into a realistic product plan
• Scoping an MVP or prototype
• Choosing the right tools, platforms, and technologies
• Identifying where AI can add real value to your product
• Planning the next 3–6 months of technical work
• Understanding what skills or hires you may need
• Thinking through hosting, data, and security at an early stage
• Selecting practical no-code, low-code, or software tools for operations and collaboration

Not sure where to start? That is fine too. We can use the session to work out where you are now and what matters most next.

What to expect

This is a practical, fast-moving conversation. You can bring ideas, questions, rough plans, or half-formed thoughts — we will work through them together and turn them into something clearer and more actionable.

The goal is not to overwhelm you with technical jargon. It is to help you make good decisions and leave with direction.

What this session is not

This is a strategy and advisory session, not a hands-on development session.

That means I will not use the time to:

• Write or debug code
• Set up infrastructure or software for you

If needed, I can point you towards useful tools, resources, or next steps after the session.

What you will leave with

By the end of the session, you should have:

• Clearer technical direction
• A better understanding of what to build and why
• Practical next steps you can take immediately
• More confidence in your roadmap, priorities, and decisions

Follow-up report

Within 24 hours, I will send you a written follow-up covering:
